yes the modern low does pills are almost free of side effects. and any ways the risk of having an unwanted pregnancy and subsequent abortion and it's possible complications are worse than the minimal side effects of pills. yes there are 3 monthly injections available for contraception. but they have side effects like irregular spotting and amenorrhoea
