I would require further information to give you a specific diagnosis. The back pain if it was persistent with no relief over the last 60 hours should be evaluated by an orthopedician, a X-Ray of your back and pelvis would be required to rule out other causes for the pain. As for the abdominal pain if you're feeling bloated and if its associated with vomiting(green color vomitus) would require you to go to the nearest ER to evaluate and rule out a few causes, you may have to take an ultrasound for confirmation. But if you're only feeling a gaseous bloated feeling it's likely you might have gastritis for which you would require antacids and the following lifestyle changes,
I would advise you the following lifestyle and habit changes:
- Avoid/Reduce spicy, oily, fatty and fried food items
- Avoid smoking and drinking
- Avoid acidic drinks like coffee, garlic powder, chili powder, peppers and tomato products
- Do not skip meals, eat smaller, more frequent meals
- Food items such as ginger tea and/or chamomile tea with honey, yoghurt, cranberry, apple, carrot juice, soy foods to name a few may give some relief
If the problems are persistent i would advise you to go to the nearest ER for evaluation
