Facing hydrociel problem

Hi Doctor, I think my right hydrociel is increasing campare to left one from last 3 months and i went to my family doctor they said pain is not there or will increase here onwords then might have some problem.But i thought My doctor is not ok with this thing na i am not comfortable with large one,Pls suggest some medicine to reduce size.
