Facing difficulty in pregnancy

My wife,s weight is around 80 kgs and trying to conceive since last3 years. We visited some doctors but the result is negative. In earlier there was cyst in tube but now it is cured. there is some hormonal problem also like thyroid etc. Please guide us.
