Suffering with interstitial fabroids,m multiple fibroids in uterus .due to which pain in lower abdomen.feeling so tire before periods.there is no heavy bleeding but only pain.i have a son .so no infertility issue.

Hello... If fibroid is small in size it can be managed with medicines. Fibroid size varies with estrogen harmone.. If size is larger it has to be resected surgically... Hysterectomy is final option which is not recommended for your age-group... Consult gynecologist in nearest hospital.
