I started wearing glasses at the age of 12 and my power was minus one. Now I am 17 years and my power is -3 in one eye and -4 in the other. Kindly suggest what am I to do to improve my eye sight. Will any surgery get my sight to normal. I am very worried Kindly suggest what should I do

Get a regular Eye check done every 6 months. Continue using the prescribed glasses Take regular breaks while using screens. Follow the 20-20-20 rule. For every 20 minutes look at a distance of 20 feet away and blink consciously 20 times. This would regular the Eye strain. Place your books/screen at a comfortable distance and position, and ensure proper lighting while studying
Next Steps
Refractive surgery is an option once the power of your eyes stabilizes. That would be after 21 years preferably

The normal growth of eyeball will have smallchanges till 18,after that it will become stable mostly. You  have options of LASIK/ refractive surgery which can be done after 19 years.
