  4. Eye infection. Pls clear my confusion.

Hi I want to ask about my 2.8 year old kid {boy} he has eye infection since 2 days. After he wakes up his eyes gets full of dirt and feels like pus. And sticks Ike glue he cries a lot. My media suggested me tobacin and some of the other doctor suggested toba canone  anyone pls suggest which one is good and here on the net I have read tobrex is good.pls clear my confusion.

It seems to be conjunctivitis.please clean the eye with fresh water frequently. And do cold compresses by ice. Both drops are same you can put any of them.
