Hello sir , i had hernia operation before 2 years ...now i am started doing exercise with garden instrument (plz see the which is used  in the garden). Is it harm for me in the future and also doing pushup ,crunches etc .plz advice me .and also i had body pain after doung all this ...i also had pain at my right inguinal hernia operated incision and i consult from my doctor he said do only a pain is there nothing hernia is affected but i am scare a little ...plz suggest me what to do.
