I have classes frm 6-9 am then office 10-7pm after that i have no energy left . I have tyachakardia problem and i eat ciplar 10 as per doctor guidance . I dont have any time for exercise but i want to . Plz tell what should i do Also i have acidity problem and i thnk my belly is getting fat

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  I cannot help you with the question What time? Do when ever you find time. You can take a cap. Absolut 3g once a day after 15 days. Tab.
