Excessive fluid in Pod.

Hello, I have had my uterus and fetus scanned today. The reports show that I am having too much fluid in pod. Adnexa-absent Myometrium- normal Endometrium- thick Please tell me what should I do? I also have periodic pains in the belly. Please guide me.
