I understand you and your situation.
I would have been help full if you would have mentioned regarding your weight and height. But it Is high impossible in such short span of time to reduce the size of the tummy because if fat deposition. Even if your start on complete fat free and carbohydrate free diet it needs 30 days if time to get it back half of normal. So just cut half the diet you are taking now. And start playing any out door sport such as tennis, TT, squash. You may also swim. They are real fat burners. Hope these help you.
