I have been getting headaches from the nape of my neck till the front of my head everyday for the past 3 days. There is no change in medication, no new meds, water consumption is optimal. What should I do?

Maybe you are taking overstress or tensions,over use of screen time and lack of sleep.. take care of that and increase fluid intake. If pain is high take paracetamol 650mg.
