I have been hearing crackling sounds in my bothears after a cold in January, I have a movable lump of 1 cm in the region I marked on the photo, I have eustachian tube dysfunction, is it a swollen lymph node?

It's not an usual area for lymph node. Meet a doctor. Always better to feel it and see.
