I m 23 yr boy. With good physic . I regularly do exercise. But past few years I m suffering from erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. I don't get hard erection at time of foreplay. Nd also sometime over excitement I come early . That is really frustrating for me. Please suggest medicine's for my problem pls
