I have episodes where my vision starts to move up and down (people say that my eyes are moving too). I noticed it starts when my head is moving a lot or when I walk really fast for a long time. I throw up lot during rhis and i also can hardly walk straight. Sometimes it gets so bad that I keep throwing up for over 20-30+ times to the point that I'm just throwing up acid and need to go to the hospital. I'm diagnosed with labrynthitis but no other diagnosis to actually solve it.
