Epididymis in left testicle

Hi , I have got through infection in left testicle since 17 Nov 17 and I found this when I did USG Scrotum on that only as per direction of a urologist.I took antibiotics for some one month but still there is swelling in testis and uneasyness when I press the left one.pls suggest what I need to do now.attaching USG report as well.
