Enlarged liver

I have an alcoholic and junk food intake background. I have tested for abdomen ultrasound due to right side stomach heaviness and pain. Results came as an fatty liver stage 1 and in size 14.3 cm. current age is 30 years. Is this normal or i need to be careful?
