Dear sir two months before I've tight poop with.blood after alcohol from that day fear and anxiety not eating properly non veg for 3 months feel very weak and weight decreasing I've attached my endoscopy report help me

This is showing dudodenal erosions You need to do diet modification Avoid alcohol Avoid spicy food Please consult Gastro enterologist
