Endometrial Tuberculosis

I was diagnosed with endometrial TB in Jan 2017, after which i underwent 8 months of treatment for TB. Now before proceeding for IVF, we again went for hysteroscopy and a test for TB PCR. The TB PCR test again came as positive. Is it possible for TB to persist even after taking 8 months of medication?
