I am currently 18, since I was 15 I've suffered with severe anxiety and to an extent depression, this isn't an excuse, but ultimately it caused me to severely neglect my personal hygiene. It wouldn't be noticeable in public tho as its only toilet hygiene I neglect, I take good care of everything else. So basically for about 2 years, I never wiped after using the toilet, but for the past few months I've changed that and now always wipe - however now I think I'm discovering health issues.
