Your diastolic blood pressure is mildly elevated. Some basic investigation needs to be done. If the investigations are on normal side lifestyle modification needs to be done.

Diastolic BP above 80 constantly is classified as stage 1 hypertension. At this time, you need salt intake reduction, increase in potassium, fruits and vegetables in your diet, 30 minutes physical activity daily for 5 days a week, you don't need any pharmacological treatment now. Consider consulting a cardiologist for a echo to determine the diastolic function.

BP 80–90 diastolic = mildly elevated. No meds needed yet — try lifestyle changes: regular exercise, reduce salt, manage stress. Monitor BP regularly (home or ABPM). Consult a General Physician first. If BP stays high despite changes, they may refer to a specialist.

Don't wry about the BP it is borderline. However make sure that u exercise atleast for 20 minutes in day for 5 days in a week. Regularly check ur BP. If at any time ur BP is more than 130/90 contact a physician. He will advise u to reduce the salt intake as well.
