Hi. First of all do not panic. You have provided very vague details regarding your fractures and surgery. That being said, I don't think there's actually anything to worry about. You will gain complete range of motion as you go forard with your physio rehabilitation. There are number of reasons which hampers the range of motion after a medical procedure. Scar tissue formation, muscle shortening and loss of range of motion due to immobilisation, Just to name a few.
Next Steps
Talk to your surgeon or physiotherapist to clear your doubts or confusion. Do not panic and do not stress yourself.
Health Tips
Start with the physiotherapy if you haven't already. Also try to be a little patient as sonetines the rehabilitation can take a little longer than usual.

As soon as possible you should go for a manual physical therapist. Once you got scar tissue it's very very difficult to gain full range of motion.you need scar tissue mobilization. dont do anything forcefully or else it may leads to myocyticossification .
Next Steps
Go to a good manual therapist.
Health Tips
do tillte bit mobility exercise.
