Hi. First of all do not panic. You have provided very vague details regarding your fractures and surgery. That being said, I don't think there's actually anything to worry about. You will gain complete range of motion as you go forard with your physio rehabilitation. There are number of reasons which hampers the range of motion after a medical procedure. Scar tissue formation, muscle shortening and loss of range of motion due to immobilisation, Just to name a few.
