I have eczema rashes in my neck , I had earlier consulted doctors but the creams they had suggested did not have long time effect. And the rashes come back again. However if I consume milk or rock candy/mishri regularly which we call khadi sakhar . I am confused that is it my gut problem or skin problem and how can I permanently fix this issue. Please help in marathi the rashes slowly go away in somedays
