ECG - LOW VOLTAGE QRS

I went for medical checkup for myself and my wife as part of overseas medical checkup. In my wife ECG report it mentioned as LOW VOLTAGE QRS . I am not sure whether she is ok to travel overseas with this observation. Pleas share your thoughts and thanks in advance
