Most mornings I can hear my heartbeat in my right ear really loud, like it’s plugged from inside. Some days it stays plugged like this throughout the whole day. My right glands around my ear are usually swollen as well and hard to the touch. The back right side of my head usually hurts at the base and is tender as well, especially when I lay on my right side. I always have to switch to putting pressure on my left side instead. I’ve been to multiple doctors for this and no one can figure it out.
