Dytor 5 and cilacar 10- telma 40

Doctor has suggested to take dytor 5 to my father since there is swelling of feet. He has sterile pyuria and uti problems for which he is taking med separately. Now the thing doc has aaked him to take dytor 5 and along with it cilacar 10( to half the tablet and take it at night) and telma 40 . I am bit unsure about the combinations of medications he gave. Is it safe to take it
