Hi I am 23 yrs old and few months back i had some mild pain in scrotum some heaviness and i made an ultrasound colour Doppler(attached scan copy)and found that everything is normal and the pain went away. Again for the past two days i am getting the same pain with same symptoms again made a ultrasound yesterday again it is normal I was asked to wear scrotum support to eliminate pain. But still the reason is unknown please help me regarding the same.
