I have headache when I wake up from my bed.And at noon I tried to sleep since I thought that it may be due to lack of sleep but I feel headache again.

1st you need to do is an eye exam. One of the reason is due to weakness in the eye. Try to visit ophthalmologist, he will examine you. If it's not due to eye then we do further investigation. Maintain proper diet & proper fluids.
