Dual marker shows 1:429 for T21

Hi doctor, I got dual marker test at 12 weeks 5 days. my age is 34..NT scan report normal.Dual marker test shows value 1:429 for T21 and 1:1428 for T18..Is this low risk range..please confirm...thanks in advance for advise
