Dry heaving and nausea

I've been experiencing nausea and fever for last 3 days.But now fever is gone it is only dry heaving and nausea after eating . After eating anything I feel like vomiting but nothing comes out.Along with I have been experiencing difficulty in breathing and some rashes on arms and legs
