Hi Flaky skin can happen due to seborrhoeic dermatitis or due to xerosis which is extreme dryness. Seborrhoeic dermatitis requires treatment. If it is dryness you can apply a moisturizer like cetaphil lotion. You can connect with me through practo consult for further treatment.
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water. Apply moisturizer
