What effect can overdose of medicine like pyridoxine and domstal tablet have ? And what if someone takes them together ? And what effect does sleeping pills ( more than one ) have on the human body ??? Is this usually passed through the system on its own or needs medical help ?

Excess of everything is dangerous and may be harmful or sometimes life taking. Every drug is having its lethal dose. You should not take any medicine without doctors advise.
