Bilateral sacralization of L5 noted. AP and Lateral views of lumbo-sacral spine reveal that pedicles, inter-pedicular distances, spinous and transverse processes are normal. Inter-vertebral disc spaces are not diminished. Plz tell is it serious issue madam... Or sir
