Hello.. I have a Labrador, he had his hygroma tumor operation on elbow last friday.. Now yesterday his stiches got broken due to his activities like jumping, so now wound is open and our vet said that it cannot be resutured back.. And wound is open now.. I am worried what should i do now.. He gave some powder containing "Acriflavine, copper sulphate pentahydrate & polium margosa" to apply topically on his wound... How much time will it take to heal ?? And can an open wound be healed without any covering ?? Its rainy season in INDIA m afraid that it may cause infection due to season
