Hello.. Well.. it's quite possible that due to dermatitis or dry skin you are having that itchiness..I would suggest you to meet a surgeon and get it examined whether it's just dry skin, dermatitis or any Candida Infection..Try to wear loose inners..Cotton ones...Maintain hygine...Thank you
