Dizziness at 2nd week of sex with unknwn

Doctor i had fatigueness for a week at third week after protected sex with sex worker. But no other symptoms other tgan fatigueness is it hiv? I also had small pimples in my face and neck.. now after 3rd week i dont have anything. Please advise

If you are in doubt get HIV test done after a month. If fatigue is persistent consult Physician.
