Suffering from eyes are ringing only early morning, at 5 o clock  and low in energy level  means shortness of breathing. Not listen the ears ( dumbness)  some times.lagging the nerves in the head occasionally. Before this disease faced and  recovered urinated problems. No digestive problems. I would suffering from  hormonal problems also.
