Hello, I'm 23 years old,. I have had a habit of masturbating excessively for a period of time. Now I have problem in bedroom. I think it may be ED. Have been checking everywhere and I get two answers 1. Excessive masturbation causes nerve damage thus leads to ED. 2, masturbation has nothing to do with ED. Can you please assist what could be the real problem. And can I continue to masturbate once in a while with this condition??
