Iam having a digestion problem from many months ,will get stomach pain on frequently basis  early morning .my appetite is good used to have everything fruits and veg non veg. I used to fart so much when I just woke up very bad smell will come .when I took tablets like rantac I feel good .somedays I feel ok but sometimes will get heavy pain . I used to chew slowly and then I swallow it.my poo most of the timess very hard sometimes it's normal.used to pee every couple of days or for 3 days. May I know the reason why it's happening to me..suggest me anything for permanent remedy not for temporary
