Digestion and acidity problem

I am a 42yrs male.I had been taking alcohol on daily basis. That may have caused sever damage to my body. Feeling low on energy, low on hunger with some acidity always. Also felt that my sexual desires are almost gone. I am currently taking Liv52 (2) and garlic perls (1) twice daily. Please suggest tests and medicines, if any needed. Thanks
