Doctor, I am 18 years old, i have a problem related with my speaking, My breath get shorten just after saying two or three sentences, and after every sleep my thorat got sored, i unabled to understand where is main problem in my lungs or in my throat, Due to all of these most of the time i uanble to speak loud and clear and also my voice pitch get gone out after just saying two or more sentence
