Hello there. It's normal to find that one testes hanging a little lower than the other. Usually the right testicle is little larger than the left and the left usually hangs a little lower when you compare to the other. If you have huge differences or there is a change in the size of the swelling when you lift something or cough, then you might be having a hernia which will need an examination. Or else just be relaxed, it's normal anatomy. Regards

It could be hernia or hydrocele. It could be confirmed by physical examination. So consult your surgeon for diagnosis and management.
