Wanted to gain weight but not more than 55 kg and healthy strong body. Need a diet plan from morning to night(breakfast to dinner). Need a healthy body, what to avoid eating, what to must include in the diet. For an 11 am to 8 pm working professional living in PG.

Look for things like nuts, nuts butter , granola bars, dried fruits and protein shakes . These provide a lot of calories in small servings. 2. Eat frequently. Try 5-6 meals per day instead of 3 large ones. This can help you consume more calories overall 3. Drink your calorie. In addition to meals, drinks like smoothies, milk or nutrition shakes to add extra calories. 4. Add calorie boosting extras . Put cheese , nuts, nut butter, on sandwiches , mix powdered milk into drinks . 5. Snack on energy- dense foods like trails, mix between meals . 6. If possible, supplements your diet with protein powder or mass gainer shakes to help increase your calorie intake.

The key focus on nutrients- dense , calorie rich foods that are convenient to access and prepare in PG setting. Consistent eating through out the day will also help your overall calorie consumption
