I was diagnosed with testicular torsion after going to the ER two nights in a row in immense pain. The doctor untwisted the affected testicle manually & told me that the ultrasound said that blood flow was fine, but I'm still in immense pain and the testicle has retracted and not lowered for awhile. I'm worried that I should have been treated with surgery the first night that I went to ER instead of sent home.
