My father is suffering from diabetes. He has recently added Dr. Patkar (Apple cider vinegar ) in his medicine . May I know it will be helpfull or not. Everyday he do his regular exercise and go for a walk. His diabetic level is 148 . So can you suggest me some other simple way.
