get a complete test done. FBS, PPBS, and
HbA1c done. FBS and PPBS will indicate fasting
sugar and after food sugar respectively.
HbA1c will indicate your average sugar level of three months in a percentage.
sometimes due to some stress or illness, the sugars are difficult to come in control.
if the reports come high with a high HbA1c percentage, you may require a change in medications.
you might be knowing, but its worth a mention from my side the foods which you should avoid.
avoid foods with high glycemic index like rice, coconut etc.
