I've lived with a Deviated Septum all my life and it's never been a problem.. even now I don't realise I have a deviated septum as my breathing is normal. The only time I realise it is when only one of my nostrils gets blocked when I have a sneezing bout due to allergy. Should I fix my deviated septum with surgery? Will my nose change its shape? Does a deviated septum aggravate allergic rhinitis?

DNS or Deviated nasal septum is common in many people But it's operated only when indicated like extreme difficulty in breathing,infection,etc
Next Steps
Avoid blocking of nostril by Saline nasal drops or Xylometazoline drops as of now but Consult ENT Surgeon for evaluation by examination directly They will grade ur severity and declare if correction needed or not
