Hello sir Here i am attaching pictures of roof of my mouth. 2-3 days back i noticed circle like structure on my palate which feels hollow and can be pushed inwards when touched with tongue. So today i visited a dentist he looked at that and said it's normal sometimes depression happens on the palate. I am worried because I searched on Google and it shows thousand diffrent things including cancer. Is it normal or is it beginning of some malignant lesion. Please help

Hi As per photographs you have uploaded the mucosa (soft skin layer inside mouth) appears healthy . It should be firm when u press with finger tip or tongue. If it’s very soft ,any history of repeated swelling like lesions at that place then get one X-ray done by visiting nearest Dentist. Also check is that depressed area is on one side or both sides of palate. If it’s on both sides OR only one side it’s NORMAL anatomy of underlying bone .
Health Tips
If you are in too much of doubt take second opinion by physically visiting any other Dentist . Trust your Doctor. Knowing about any thing is not harmful but half knowledge always dangerous.
