I don't have fever but do feel weak. Also is there any immediate need to visit the hospital or taking adequate rest at home along with keeping myself hydrated would be enough. Kindly advise.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. When you don't have fever then what was the point of getting WIDAL, dengue, chikungunya and other fever related tests? Why do you want to just waste your money? If you have too much then donate some to needy. You can take a tab. Renerve-plus once a day after food for 10 days. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
