Don't worry.
Dengue is a viral fever which is usually self limited. There is not to panic but just be careful regarding warning signs which are pain abdomen, persistent vomiting, bleeding, breathlessness or altered sensorium or bleeding. If warning signs are present he should be admitted.
Consult physician to get him clinically examined and monitor blood pressure, PCV and platelet count daily.
Give him plenty of fluids and Tab. Paracetamol 500mg thrice daily. Cap Pantocid DSR 1 cap before breakfast.
